Lieutenant-Governor and	Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator of the State
Administrator	of Western Australia.

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under section 2 of the Transfer

of Land Amendment Act 1999 and with the advice and consent of the Executive

Council, fix 1 June 1999 as the day on which the provisions of that Act come into
operation.
