AN ACT to amend Section one hundred and thirty-three

of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of -Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Transfer of Land Act Short title.

dilation of the duplicate certificate, or the duplicate of

a Crown lease, mortgage, or other instrument of title.

Provided that the Registrar shall give such notice of intention to register the transfer, at the cost of the trans- feree, and cause the same to be published, as in the case of the production of a duplicate certificate being dis- pensed with under section seventy-four.

(2.) The said section, as amended by this Act, shall apply to transfers received by the Registrar before or after the commencement of this Act.
