AN ACT to further amend the Transfer of
Land Act, 1893.

flE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and .1)with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Book on his registering such grant, and a memorandum stating the fact of such transfer shall also be made by the Registrar of Titles on the original registered instrument of mortgage awl the duplicate thereof.
(2.) This Section shall be deemed to have been in operation from the commencement of the Transfer of Land Act Amendment Act, 1909.
Amendment of 1909

1909, is amended by omitting the word " nine," in the last line, and
inserting " eight" in place thereof.
