TRANSFER OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FISHERIES
MANAGEMENT ACT 1994

HER Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has approved the administration of the Fisheries Management Act 1994 No 38 being vested in the Ministers indicated in the attached Schedule, subject to the administration of that Act, to the extent that it directly amends another Act, being vested in the Minister administering the other Act or the relevant portion of it.

The arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
