TRANSFER OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF ACTS

HER Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has approved that the administration of the Landcom Corporation Act 2001 be vested in the Minister for Infrastructure and Planning.

These arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
