Transfer of the Administration of Acts

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has
approved that the administration of the Food Act 2003 be vested in the Minister for
Agriculture and Fisheries.

These arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
