Transfer of the Administration of Acts

The Cabinet Office, Sydney

7 April 2004

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
has approved that the administration of the Powers of Attorney Act 2003 be vested
in the Minister for Natural Resources jointly with the Minister Assisting the
Minister for Natural Resources (Lands).

These arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
