Transfer of the Administration of Acts

Her Excellency the Governor, with the Executive Council, has approved that the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 No 80 in so far as it relates to regional parks, be vested in the Minister for the Environment.

These arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
