Transfer of the Administration of Acts

Her Excellency the Governor, with the Executive Council, has approved that the administration of the Home Building Act 1989 No 147 be vested jointly in the Minister for Commerce, and the Minister for Fair Trading.

These arrangements are in substitution for those in operation before the date of this notice.
