Transfer of the Administration of Acts

Her Excellency the Governor and the Executive Council have approved that the administration of the Western Lands Act 1901 No 70 be vested in the Minister for Natural Resources, and the Public Reserves Management Fund Act 1987 No 179 to be vested jointly in the Minister for Natural Resources and the Minister Assisting the Minister for Natural Resources (Lands).
