1Name

This is the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Amendment (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) Regulation 2015.

2Commencement

This instrument commences on 31 March 2015.

3Authority

This instrument is made under the Trans‑Tasman Proceedings Act 2010.

4Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Trans‑Tasman Proceedings Regulation 2012

1  Section 9

Before “For paragraph”, insert “(1)”.

2  At the end of section 9

Add:

(2) For paragraph 29(1)(c) of the Act, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Commonwealth) is prescribed.

3  Before paragraph 12(a)

Insert:

                   (aa)  Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Commonwealth);

4  Section 13

Before “For paragraph”, insert “(1)”.

5  At the end of section 13

Add:

(2) For paragraph 49(1)(c) of the Act, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Commonwealth) is prescribed.

6  Subsection 14(2)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(2) For paragraph 63(2)(d) of the Act, the following Australian tribunals are prescribed:

                    (a)  Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Commonwealth);

                    (b)  Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
