Regulations under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act

I, NEIL RAYMOND CONN, the Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act.

TRANS-TASMAN MUTUAL RECOGNITION (TEMPORARY EXEMPTIONS) REGULATIONS REPEAL REGULATIONS

1. Citation
   These Regulations may be cited as the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemptions) Regulations Repeal Regulations.

2. Commencement

   These Regulations come into operation on 1 May 1999.

3. Repeal

   The Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemptions) Regulations (Regulations 1998, No. 56) are repealed.

4. Expiry

   These Regulations expire on the day after the day on which they come into operation.
