Regulations under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act
1CitationThese Regulations may be cited as the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemption for Beverage Containers) Regulations.
2CommencementThese Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 2 of the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act.
3Temporary exemption for certain beverage containersFor section 46 of the Commonwealth Act, the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act is, to the extent it relates to regulated containers, exempt from the operation of the Commonwealth Act.
4ExpiryThese Regulations expire 12 months after they commence.
