Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Temporary Exemptions Regulation 2018

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Temporary Exemptions Regulation 2018.

2   Temporary exemptions about container refund scheme—Act, s 8

For the Commonwealth Act, section 46, the following laws are declared to be exempt from the operation of the Commonwealth Act—

(a)the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011, chapter 4, parts 3B and 5;

(b)other provisions of that Act, to the extent the provisions relate to the container refund scheme established under that Act.

3   Expiry

This regulation expires on 31 October 2019.
