AN ACT to amend the Tramways Act, 1885.

all drivers, conductors, and other persons having charge of or using such cars, as the local authority is for the time being entitled to make, enforce, and grant with respect to passenger vehicles generally :

Provided that the annual license fee to be charged in respect of each car, driver, or conductor shall not exceed one shilling.
