AN ACT to amend the Tramways Act, 1885.

1.	This Act may be cited as the Tramways Amendment Act,	incorporation with

(hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), which, as from the commencement thereof, shall be taken to have been amended as hereinafter provided.

2. Section thirty-four of the principal Act is hereby amended Amendment of sec.

3. Section thirty-six of the principal Act is hereby repealed, and Amendment of sec.

all drivers, conductors, and other persons having charge of or using such cars, as the local authority is for the time being entitled to make, enforce, and grant with respect to passenger vehicles generally :

Provided that the annual license fee to be charged in respect of each car, driver, or conductor shall not exceed one shilling.

Amendment of sec. 4. Section forty-six of the principal Act is hereby repealed, and
