PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910–1912.

Regulations for the Training, Pay, etc., of Men of the Royal Australian Naval Reserve(Sea-going).

I, SIR ARTHUR STANLEY, Governor of the State of Victoria and its Dependencies, in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting as the Deputy of the Governor-Generalin accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulations under theNaval Defence Act 1910–1912 should come into immediate operation, and further should be taken to have come into operation on and from the 1st November, 1915, and make the Regulations to come into operation accordingly as Provisional Regulations.

Regulations for the Training, Pay, etc., of Men of the Royal Australian Naval Reserve (Sea-going).

Amendment.

Regulation 11.—After the words “In lieu of victuals”, cancel, as from 1st November, 1915, the words “1s. 4d. per diem” and substitute the following words in lieu thereof, “1s. 8d. per diem.”
