Training and Tertiary Education Act 2003

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Training and Tertiary Education Amendment Regulation 2008 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Training and Tertiary Education Regulation 2004.

4. New section 4A

   insert

4ADelegation by council to TVET Australia Limited—Act, s 10 (d)

The council may delegate the exercise of its functions under the Act to—

(a)Technical and Vocational Education and Training Australia Limited (ACN 062 758 632) (TVET Australia); or

(b)an officer or employee of TVET Australia.
