Act No. 14, 1993

An Act to amend the Traffic Act 1909 to provide for penalty notices for certain offences under the Tow Truck Act 1989. [Assented to 4 May 1993]

Traffic (Tow Truck Penalty Notices) Amendment Act 1993 No. 14

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1.         This Act may be cited as the Traffic (Tow Truck Penalty Notices)

Amendment Act 1993.

Commencement

2. This Act commences on the date of assent.

Amendment of Traffic Act 1909 No. 5, sec. 18B (Penalty notices for certain offences)

3.        The Traffic Act 1909 is amended by inserting after section 18B (1)

(db) the following paragraph:

(dc) has committed any prescribed offence under the Tow Truck

Act 1989 or any regulation made under that Act;
