I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Traffic (Road Safety) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1991 as the day on which Schedule 1 (12) to that Act commences.
