Traffic (Road Rules) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .13 November 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Road Rules) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RulesIn these regulations, the Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Rules. 4Rule 2 amended (Commencement) Rule 2(1) of the Principal Rules is amended by omitting "1 December 2000" and substituting "1 July 2001". 5Rule 390 substituted Rule 390 of the Principal Rules is rescinded and the following rule is substituted: 390Expiry of certain rules of Part 22 Rules 355 , 361 , 376 , 377 and 378 expire on 1 July 2001.
