Traffic (Road Rules) Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .10 December 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Road Rules) Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 January 2002. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Traffic (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 6 amended (Jurisdictional qualifications) Schedule 6 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Traffic (Vehicle Loads and Dimensions) Regulations 1975 " from clause 3 of Division 1 of Part 2 and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 ".
