Traffic (Public Vehicles) (Rescission) Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .13 June 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Public Vehicles) (Rescission) Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Passenger Transport Act 1997 commences. 3RescissionThe Traffic (Public Vehicles) Regulations 1967 are rescinded.
