No. 174 of 1982:
1. These regulations may be cited as theTraffic Prohibition (Balaklava) Regulations .
2. No person shall drive a vehicle upon those portions of those roads described in Column 1
of the Schedule hereto on or after the date specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
3. Any person who contravenes these regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall on
conviction be liable to a penalty not exceeding fifty dollars.
