Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) (Rescission) Regulations 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .7 October 2002

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) (Rescission) Regulations 2002 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Traffic Offence Detection Devices (New Arrangements) Act 2002 commences. 3Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) Regulations 2001 rescindedThe Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) Regulations 2001 are rescinded.
