Traffic (Miscellaneous) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .18 May 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 101 amended (Offences)Regulation 101(2)(h) of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after "contrivance" second occurring "unless permitted under a by-law made by a council".
