Traffic (Miscellaneous) Amendment (Penalties) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .29 November 1999

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Amendment (Penalties) Regulations 1999 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 December 1999. 3Regulation 110 amended (Offences) Regulation 110 (3) of the Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968 is amended by omitting "5 penalty units" and substituting "20 penalty units".
