Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 163 Traffic Act 1949 TRAFFIC DAMAGES ORDER 1991 Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Traffic Damages Order 1991 . Duties and liabilities of drivers involved in road accidents 2. For the purposes of section 31(1)(i) of the Act, the amount is $2 500. Repeal 3.
