Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .8 September 2008

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2008 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2008 take effect. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 2 amended (Traffic infringement notice offences) Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47X in the table and substituting "work diary"; (b) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47Y in the table and substituting "work diary"; (c) by omitting "daily driving time and non-driving time in a national driver logbook" from column 2 of item 47Z in the table and substituting "driving time, work time (other than driving time) and rest time in a national driver work diary"; (d) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47ZA in the table and substituting "work diary"; (e) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47ZB in the table and substituting "work diary"; (f) by omitting "logbook" first occurring from column 2 of item 47ZC in the table and substituting "work diary"; (g) by omitting "logbook" second occurring from column 2 of item 47ZC in the table and substituting "work diary"; (h) by omitting "logbook" twice occurring from column 2 of item 47ZD in the table and substituting "work diary"; (i) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47ZW in the table and substituting "work diary"; (j) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47ZX in the table and substituting "work diary"; (k) by omitting "logbook" from column 2 of item 47ZY in the table and substituting "work diary"; (l) by omitting "logbook" twice occurring from column 2 of item 47ZZ in the table and substituting "work diary".
