Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations 2021

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .24 May 2021

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations 2021. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 commence. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017. 5The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017. 6The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017. 7The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017. 8The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017.
