RACING) ACT 1997 No 74—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Traffic Amendment (Street and Illegal Drag Racing) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 October 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
