MEASURES) ACT 1998 No 152-PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Traffic Amendment (Speeding Anti-evasion Measures) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 April 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.
