2 Traffic Amendment (No. 7) No. 423, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Traffic Regulation 1962 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.170A (Prescribed places of courts and training programs) 3. Section 170A(1)(a)— omit, insert— ‘ (a) of an offence defined in section 16 of the Act, are the Magistrates Courts in the places mentioned in Part A of the Schedule to this section; and ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule to s.170A 4.(1) Schedule to section 170A (Part A)— omit, insert— ‘PART A ‘PRESCRIBED PLACE OF CONVICTION section 170A(1)(a) Brisbane Mackay Rockhampton Proserpine Moranbah
