s1 2 s4 Traffic Amendment (No. 6) No. 299, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 15 August 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Traffic Regulation 1962 . ˙ Insertion of new s 118 4. After section 117— insert— ˙ ‘ Disabled person parking permit ‘ 118.(1) In this section— “permit” means a disabled person parking permit under section 44N of the Act. ‘ (2) An application for a permit must be in the approved form. ‘ (3) A fresh application must be made each time a permit is applied for. ‘ (4) A form of identification in force on 14 August 1994 under repealed section 44N of the Act— (a) continues in force and is taken to be a permit; and (b) expires on 28 February 1995.’.
