Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Traffic Regulation 1962. 3 Amendment of s 60 (Eligibility for disability parking permit) (1) Section 60(1)(a)(ii), from ‘affecting’ to ‘legs’— omit . (2) Section 60(1)(a)(iii), from ‘affecting’ to ‘therapist’— omit . (3) Section 60— insert — ‘(1A) For subsection (1)(a)(iii), a temporary medical condition or disability must be of at least 6 months’ duration, as certified by a doctor or occupational therapist.’. (4) Section 60(1A) and (2)— renumber as section 60(2) and (3).
