Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Traffic Regulation 1962 . 3 Insertion of new s 162 Part 18— insert— ‘162 Expiry and amendment of certain provisions of Act—Act, s 170A ‘(1) For section 170A(2) of the Act, the expiry of the relevant provisions is extended until 31 March 2012. ‘(2) In this section— relevant provisions means the following provisions of the Act— • section 31(1)(c) and the note • section 31(2AA) • section 49(2B) to (2D) • section 170A.’.
