s1 2 s4 Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 293, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Traffic Regulation 1962. 3 Amendment of s 173 (Definition) (1) Section 173, heading— omit, insert — ‘ Definitions for pt 19 ’. (2) Section 173— insert — ‘ “health care professional” has the same meaning it has in section 80 of the Act.’. 4 Amendment of s 178 (Blood specimens) (1) Section 178(1), ‘doctor’— omit, insert — ‘health care professional’. (2) Section 178(1)(c), ‘who made such requirement’— omit, insert — ‘whose blood is taken’. (3) Section 178(1)(e), ‘doctor’s’— omit, insert — ‘health care professional’s’. (4) Section 178(1)(f)(i), ‘who supplied the specimen’— omit, insert — ‘from whom the specimen was taken’. (5) Section 178(1)(f)(ii), ‘supplied’—
