2 Traffic Amendment (No. 1) No. 116, 1992 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Traffic Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF TRAFFIC AMENDMENT REGULATION 1991 (No. 4) ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Traffic Amendment Regulation 1991 (No. 4) is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Amendment of s.20 (Amendment of reg. 134 (Suspension or cancellation of licence)) 3. Section 20(3)— omit ‘ Regulation 146(6) ’, insert ‘ section 134(6) ’. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF TRAFFIC REGULATION 1962 ˙ Amended regulation 4. The Traffic Regulation 1962 is amended as set out in this Part.

Section 108C(c)— omit ‘ a person’s provisional licence other than a provisional licence referred to in subregulation (c) or (d), ’, insert ‘ except where paragraph (d) or (e) applies—a person’s provisional licence is cancelled, ’.
