An Act to amend the Traffic Act 1925

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Traffic Amendment (Public Vehicles Reform) Act 2000 . 2CommencementThis Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent or on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 commences, whichever is later. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the Traffic Act 1925 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 10 amended (Regulations: Application to the Crown)Section 10(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraphs (qb) and (rf).
