DISQUALIFICATIONS) ACT 1998 No 70—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Traffic Amendment (Penalties and Disqualifications) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 September 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
