TRAFFIC ACT 1909 - REGULATION

(Relating to fees for books of inspection reports)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Traffic Act 1909, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 12 October 1990.

Amendment

2. The Motor Traffic Regulations 1935 are amended by omitting
item 25 from Schedule A and by inserting instead the following item:

25.   Book of inspection reports for issue at authorised inspection

station - Regulation 92A (2A):

(a) book containing 25 reports ...............................................	14
(b) book containing 100 reports .............................................	49

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation increases fees payable for books of inspection reports issued to authorised inspection stations.
