HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Traffic Act 1909, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
l. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1995.
Amendments
2. The Motor Traffic Regulations 1935 are amended:
(a)
by omitting from Regulations 4 ( 1B) and 24A (5) the matter “92A” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “92AB”;
(b) by omitting from Regulation 9A (2) the matter “item 2 of”;
(c) by omitting from Regulation 17 (5) (a) the matter “item 17 of”;
(d) by omitting from Regulation 17 (5) (b) the matter “item 16 of”;
(e) by omitting from Regulation 17 (5) (c) the matter “item 15 of”;(f) by omitting from Regulation 17 (5) (d) the matter “item 14 of” ;

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees and charges payable in connection with the administration of the Traffic Act 1909. This Regulation also makes consequential amendments.
The Regulation is made under the Traffic Act 1909, including section 3 (the general
regulation-making power).
