TRAFFIC ACT 1909—REGULATION
(Relating to fees and charges)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Traffic Act 1909, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1991.
Amendment
2. The Motor Traffic Regulations 1935 are amended:
(a)
by omitting from the definition of “Toy Vehicle” in Regulation 2 (1) the word “stakeboard” and by inserting instead the word “skateboard”;
(b)
by inserting in Regulation 5 (2) (e) after the word “licence” the words “(other than a learner’s licence)”;
(c)
by omitting from Regulation 92A (5) the words “item 23 or 24, as the case may be,” and by inserting instead the words “item 24”;
(d)
by omitting Schedule A and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
