His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Co uncil, ha s
made the following Regulation under the Traffic Act 1909.

The object of this Regulation is to provide for certain offences under the
Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1998 (offences relating to

the issue of false or misleading vehicle inspection reports) to be penalty

notice offences for the purposes of section 18B of the Traffic Act 1909.

This Regulation is made under the Traffic Act 1909, including section 3 (1)

(the general regulation-making power).

Insert after the matter relating to clause 57 (1) (b) of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1998 in Part 13 of Schedule K:
