1, The short title of this Act is the " Trading Stamp Act, 1904."Short title.
Sale " includes the exchange or other disportition of | any |

" Trading stamp " includes any stamp, coupon, cover, package,

" Trading stamp company " means and include8 any person, Ibid.
firm, or company who supplies any trading stamp to any
trader, and undertakes to redeem the same by
giving or
delivering to the holder thereof any money or | : |

Trading Stamp Act.-1904. by any public or private railway, tramway, boat, or con- veyance, or to obtain meals or refreshment, or to play or take part in any indoor or outdoor game, or sport, or to be admitted into any theatre, concert hall, racecourse, cricket or football ground, circus, or place of public amusement, or to obtain or receive any valuable consideration or benefit or advantage of any kind whatsoever.

I. Issue any trading stamp to any person; or

4, The person on whose behalf any sale is made shall be equally |
liable with the person effecting the sale. |
