AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Trading Hours Ordinance 1962-1971.

Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of I THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Government (Administration) Act 1910-1972.

TRADING HOURS ORDINANCE 1972

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Trading Hours
Ordinance 1972.*

(2.) The Trading Hours Ordinance 1962-197If is in this Ordin­

ance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may

be cited as the Trading Hours Ordinance 1962-1972.

2. Section 7 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting

sub-section (2A. ) .

" 1 1 . Souvenirs, post cards, stationery, art works and reproductions

of art works.".
