TRADING HOURS ORDINANCE 1971
1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Trading Hours

(2.) The Trading Hours Ordinance 1962-1968,f as amended by
| this Ordinance, may be cited as the Trading Hours | Ordinance |
| 1962-1971. |
2. Section 7 of the Trading Hours Ordinance 1962-1968 is amended by inserting after sub-section (2.) the following sub section:—
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
" (2A.) Notwithstanding the last preceding sub-section, the sale of souvenirs, art works, post cards and stationery on a Sunday is not prohibited.".
