s1 2 s6 Trading (Allowable Hours) Amendment Regulation No. 188, 2002 (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Trading (Allowable Hours) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 August 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Trading (Allowable Hours) Regulation 1994. 4 Amendment of s 3 (Declaration about answers) Section 3(1), from ‘declaration’ to ‘3.3(1)(c)’— omit, insert— ‘declaration under section 8(1)(c)’. 5 Amendment of s 4 (Objection to proposal to declare order obsolete) Section 4, ‘5.10(2)’— omit, insert— ‘31(2)’. 6 Insertion of new s 5 After section 4— insert — ‘5 Approved industrial instrument ‘For section 36A(2)(b) of the Act, the ‘Voluntary Work—Extended Trading Hours—Non-exempt Shops—Award—State’ (No. B2239 of 2001) 170 QGIG 305, is an approved industrial instrument.’.
