These Regulations are the
Tradex Scheme Regulations 2000 .
These Regulations commence on the commencement of the
Tradex Scheme Act 1999 .
In these Regulations:
Act means theTradex Scheme Act 1999 .
For the definition of
exempt class of goods in section 4 of the Act, travellers’ cheques are goods in respect of which some or all of the requirements of the Drawback Regulations may not be able to be complied with.
For the definition of
consumed or used in subsection 21 (6) of the Act, nominated goods are consumed or used in a way permitted by this regulation if they are consumed or used in a way that complies with the requirements of the Drawback Regulations in respect of the goods.
