[A ssented to 10 th A pril , 1957.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. Principal Act. Collective title. 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The Trades and Labour Hall Management Acts Amendment Act of 1957.” (2.) *“ The Trades and Labour Hall Management Acts, 1934 to 1954,” are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively cited as “ The Trades and Labour Hall Management Acts, 1934 to 1957.” Amendment of s. 4 a . 2. Section 4 a of the Principal Act is amended— (i.) By repealing in paragraph (a) of subsection one the words “ twenty-five thousand pounds ” and inserting, in lieu of the words so repealed, the words “ fifty thousand pounds ” ; (ii.) By repealing in paragraph (a) of subsection two the words “ twenty-five thousand pounds ” and inserting, in lieu of the words so repealed, the words “ fifty thousand pounds ”. * 25 G. 5 No. 22 and amending Act.
