AN ACT to amend the Trade Unions Act, 1902.

[Assented to 5th November, 1924.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Trade Unions Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1924.

The interpretation of the term " Registrar " in section two of the Trade Unions Act, 1902, is hereby amended by omitting the words " the Registrar of Friendly Societies appointed under the Friendly Societies Act,

Industrial Unions appointed under the Industrial Arbi- tration Act, 1912."
